We bring the grill, prepare the food and take care of the table. You stay with your guests.
The work happens in front of you: preparation, fire, timing and service.
Not catering dropped at the door. A chef arrives at your location, prepares the meal on site and cooks while the evening unfolds around you.
The setup can be simple or fully hosted. We can use the barbecue already at your villa, bring professional equipment, add service staff and organise the table — all around the people, location and pace of your event.

Villa dining
For villa guests, owners and managers
Dinner at your villa, without disappearing into the kitchen.
We plan the menu, prepare the ingredients and manage the cooking. You do not need to shop, watch the grill, carry plates back and forth or leave the table every five minutes.
The chef runs the fire.
Preparation, live grilling and presentation happen at the property, with service staff added when required.
The evening does not end with a kitchen problem.
Cleanup can be included according to the chosen service setup and the facilities available.
